“We attended Expo for just one day due to work commitments, and we certainly could have done with more time. The stands were good plus the location really works for us in terms of getting there - and the way it is set out makes it a lot easier to navigate than Birmingham was. With regard to training, we only had time to attend the Imerge training which we found to be very informative and detailed in its approach. They were very good at getting over the point of do it right, do it well and everything will work. This professional ethos I feel is key to running a successful business and it is paramount that suppliers behind us are keen to do the same.”

“The Expo was great but there was too much to do and not enough time! The best course I went on was the HDMI workshop – I was a helper but learnt just as much as the delegates! There was a mix of theory and practical where you could really fiddle about and not worry about breaking things. I would have like to have been to more courses but I just couldn’t fit it all in Having talked to quite a lot of people, most of the presenters were definitely subject matter experts but not trainers.”
